1.如何激活?
第一次使用中国银行卡购汇,然后汇款新币到ocbc账户至少1000新币,激活账户(不激活也看不出来,但是推荐别人激活,奖励无法入账).
2.GSA 账号是否需要管理费?
GSA属于除新币之外的帐户,是不需要管理费.
3.为什么要开360帐户?
有实体卡,线上开通华侨银行之后,会默认开启两个账户SSA和GSA账户,如果需要Visa卡,需要开通另外一个360账户,是用app开通(网页开通是没有的)并自动会下发一张ocbc的visa卡,会邮寄到您的华侨银行填写的默认地址.拿到卡之后激活一下就可以了.
4.华侨银行的账户维护费用
360 + GSA = 至少3000新币, 少于扣2新每月
MSA + GSA = 至少500新币,少于扣2新每月 (MSA 需要网页版的OCBC然后申请)
2024年10月8号之前 SSA + GSA = 至少20000新币,少于扣10新每月
2024年10月8号之后 SSA + GSA = 至少1000新币,少于扣10新每月 (最新的政策)
前一年的是免账户费用的,第二年之后才开始收费.
5.如何使用安全邮箱关闭SSA账户降低维护费用?
使用以下的邮件模版来关闭帐户:

邮件内容:
Dear OCBC Customer Service Team,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to formally request the closure of my Statement Saving Account with your bank. Below are the details of the account:

I kindly ask for confirmation once the account has been closed. Please let me know if any further information or documentation is required to proceed with this request.
